Sex Therapy

Sex therapy is a specialized form of therapy that can help address the following common concerns and challenges:

  • Communication difficulties about sex

  • Desire discrepancy

  • Low sexual desire

  • Sexual arousal difficulties

  • Difficulty achieving orgasm

  • Premature or Delayed Ejaculation

  • Pain During Sex and the emotional and psychological effects

  • Sexual Performance Anxiety

  • Body image and self-esteem affect sex

  • Effects of sexual trauma or abuse

  • Infidelity and trust repair

  • Rekindling intimacy in long-term relationships

  • Nontraditional relationship dynamics (CNM, ENM, etc.)

  • Sexual orientation and identity exploration

  • Life transitions affecting sexuality

Navigating sexual concerns can be challenging and uncomfortable, and I aim to make the process and experience as easy as possible. I have experience treating clients with sex therapy concerns and have completed additional training as I work toward AASECT sex therapy certification.
