Relationships are complex, and the ones we have with our romantic partners can profoundly affect every aspect of our lives. I have experience helping couples navigate the following common challenges:
Poor communication; frequent misunderstandings, defensiveness, or shutting down
Criticism, contempt, or disrespect; negative interaction patterns that erode trust
Loss of emotional connection; feeling distant, unloved, or unimportant
Attachment wounds
Rebuilding trust after a betrayal
Navigating major life transitions: moving, career changes, illness, or becoming parents.
Inequality in the relationship; imbalance in decision-making, labor, or emotional load
Boundaries with family or friends
Growing apart; changing goals, values, or lifestyles
Uncertainty about the relationship, commitment, marriage, or plans
